Makati City, Philippines, October 7, 2012 ? Spiro Lecatsas, CEO of P3ople4u Inc., will be one of the speakers at this year?s International Outsourcing Summit to be held at Makati Shangri-La Hotel in Metro Manila, Philippines from October 7 to 9.
The Business Processing Association of the Philippines (BPAP) is organizing the fourth annual International Outsourcing Summit: Global Market Leaders Addressing Global Issues. Developments in technology, expanding demand, and shifts in public policy are creating major challenges and opportunities for the global IT-BPO industry. This year?s Summit will seek to increase understanding in the of these new drivers of growth, their impact, and how the industry is likely to adapt business models and strategies in response.
The three-day Summit will feature keynote presentations by industry and domain experts; panel discussions with top industry executives from around the region and other respected and influential resource persons.? Lecatsas will be part of the President?s Panel II: The Global Economy, Competition and Customer Retention session on October 9 at 3:45pm to 5:15pm.
In the panel, Lecatsas will be joined by Vijay Narsapur, AVP & Strategic Business Practice Head-Customer Service, Infosys BPO; Lincoln Leung, Head for Business Process Management, NYK Line; Tom Lindblom, VP & CTO, CKE Restaurants; Jun Ishikawa, Director, GaiaX Asia Corporation; Raquel Capinpin, President, Misys Philippines, Inc.; and David Caldwell, Operations Area Manager, Wells Fargo Bank. Each panelist will be asked to briefly discuss their insights on the topic and then to participate in a moderated discussion.
Alongside Lecatsas? participation as a panelist at this year?s Summit, P3ople4u?s P34 Mobile Services will be providing demo on the latest mobile applications and mobile service offerings during the event.
